Collection of information

Personal information held by us may include your name, date of birth, current and previous addresses, telephone/mobile telephone number(s), email address, bank account or credit card details, occupation, and your JINGL account PIN, username or password. We also hold details of your services with us. This may also include the number and types of phones connected to each number.

Use of information

We do not in any way review, edit, disseminate or use individual customer data or communications other than to either investigate a technical support request initiated by a customer, investigate a suspected Terms of Use violation, or as may be required by law. Aggregated, non-identifiable usage statistics may also be used by us to assess system performance and scale.

No auditing of customer communications

We do not monitor the content of any calls made or received by our customers.

Electronic/physical mailing addresses

JINGL requires a valid, working email address after the account is set up to send details of account information, including account username and password. You may send a request to support@jingl.com.au if you do not wish to receive any further communications from us after completion of the installation process. However, this may restrict our ability to provide you with technical support.

Secure connection

We offer the use of a secure server and operate secure data networks that are designed to protect your privacy and security. All sensitive/credit information is transmitted via secure socket layer technology (SSL) and then encrypted into our payment gateway providers’ database only accessible by those authorised with special access rights to such systems.

We maintain a secure electronic connection to your JINGL server in order to monitor your system performance, provide you with technical support and "roll-out" product enhancements. The security techniques implemented by us, such as encryption, firewalls, and access controls guarantee the safety of customer data and system access and minimise the risk of network intrusion.

Billing information

We use a third party payment gateway service for credit card processing services. A comprehensive agreement with the third party ensures appropriate security and confidentiality measures are in place to safeguard your personal data. The third party is only used to process credit card charges and the credit card information is secured with our third party payment gateways.

Cookies

We use cookies to enhance the user's experience and help us recognise visitors when they return to our websites. Using cookies allow us to tailor content or advertisements to match your preferred interest; avoid showing visitors the same advertisements repeatedly; compile anonymous, aggregated statistics that allow us to understand how users use our site and to help us improve the structure of our website; count the number of anonymous users of our sites. However, this is totally voluntary and the user has a choice whether or not to disclose this information which may be used to monitor and improve the use and satisfaction of this site or the JINGL application.
