No auditing of customer communications

We do not monitor the content of any calls made or received by our customers.

Electronic/physical mailing addresses

JINGL requires a valid, working email address after the account is set up to send details of account information, including account username and password. You may send a request to if you do not wish to receive any further communications from us after completion of the installation process. However, this may restrict our ability to provide you with technical support.

Secure connection

We offer the use of a secure server and operate secure data networks that are designed to protect your privacy and security. All sensitive/credit information is transmitted via secure socket layer technology (SSL) and then encrypted into our payment gateway providers’ database only accessible by those authorised with special access rights to such systems.

We maintain a secure electronic connection to your JINGL server in order to monitor your system performance, provide you with technical support and "roll-out" product enhancements.
